Bruce Hardy is President of Function Four Ltd, a company with collaborative relationships with many rural, urban, northern, and international communities. His involvement has been in a variety of capacities, from business development and management, to professional consulting and program development and promotion. He volunteered extensively in capacity development organizations over the last ten years.

Bruce leads the Function Four team and has overseen more than 110 projects. The team has trained and worked internationally, presented to the United Nations in Geneva at the World Summit on the Information Society (2003), in Tunis (2005), and currently has one team member based in Vienna, Austria.
